Bio

Freshman (2015-2016): Young saw time in all 31 Seward games as a freshman in 2015-2016, drawing two spot starts for the Saints.  He averaged 3.5 points per game, shooting 41% from the field and 29% from the three point line.  He scored a career best 10 in a blowout win over Lamar JV and notched his best scoring effort in a Jayhawk Conference contest in a Saints win over Cloud County when he dropped in nine.  

High School: Young joined the Saints after a successful high school career at Frisco Liberty where he played for Coach Marcus Eckra.  As a senior, Young averaged 15 points and 4 assists per night, earning himself 1st Team All-District honors.  Young's father, Delwin ran track at Southeastern Louisiana.  He has one sister, Shelbi (22).
