In her first season as a Head Coach, Wilson led the Lady Saints to a 13-17 overall record in the 2023 season. She helped lead Seward County to a strong start in the month of August where the Lady Saints won seven of their first ten games of the season including a five-set win over Colby at home to end the month. In nine of their wins the Lady Saints managed to sweep their opponents including a 3-0 sweep at home to begin October against Wilson’s alma mater in the Hutchinson Blue Dragons as well as a season sweep over Pratt with 3-0 wins in both matchups in 2023. Lady Saints setter Rafaela DaSilva earned All-KJCCC honors for the second year in a row and at the end of her first year at the helm, Wilson saw four of her players move on to the four-year level including Dora Filipovic signing to the Division I level at the University at Albany.

Before taking the reigns as Head Coach for Seward County volleyball, Wilson spent the 2022 season as an assistant for the Lady Saints. In her first year as a member of the Lady Saints staff, she helped Seward County to a 31-8 finish on the season while going 14-2 in KJCCC action for the KJCCC regular season championship before steamrolling through the Region VI Tournament to earn a spot in the 2022 NJCAA National Tournament. The Lady Saints faced tough competition in the National Tournament, taking on National Runner-Up Miami Dade in game one before taking down Eastern Arizona in the consolation bracket, and then ending their season with a 1-3 loss against New Mexico Military Institute. Following the season Wilson saw Seyun Park earn All-American honors after the 2022 season and was able to help a large portion of her roster move on to the four-year level.

Before Seward County, Wilsons spent three years at Henderson State University (2019-22) as she was named the lead assistant coach in the summer of 2021. First hired as a graduate assistant, Wilson helped the Reddies to a 48-27 overall record in her three seasons in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.

The Bennington, Kansas native competed at Hutchinson Community College (2014-2016), received first-team All-American honors in the fall of 2015, and led the Blue Dragons to a ninth-place finish at Nationals. After graduating with an Associates degree, Wilson continued her career at Missouri Baptist University, where she received honorable mention all-conference honors. Wilson graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration in 2019 and received a master's degree in sports administration from Henderson State (2021).
